Unfortunately if your phone carrier is Vodafone you will have no reception in Canungra

How do I book and make payment ?
​When you phone or email us with your requirements and dates, I will only take payment from you while you are on the phone with me. There are no stored card details kept by me at all, only your contact details

Why isn't there a booking engine to book and pay direct ?
We have decided not to offer that service at this time. We understand the inconvenience of this, however we feel that we can offer you the best rates person to person. Please phone or email us for assistance with your requirements.


What if I have to cancel or change the date of my booking?
More than seven days prior to booking 25% of the deposit will be refunded
Within seven days, or no notice of non arrival, no refund will be given
If you have paid the full amount at time of booking, 50% will be refunded more than seven days prior and no refund within seven days.

If you have to change dates, and we can accommodate you on the new dates there will be no extra charge. If we are unable to accommodate you the charges will be as above.

How much deposit do I have to pay?
50% of the total amount is usually required upon booking and the remaining 50% paid on arrival. However some people prefer to pay using regular instalments (you will need to phone me each time).
